All ATM transfer / bank transfer will need 3 working days for verification process to complete. To know more, checkout "How do I make an ATM/Cash Deposit payment". ● Online BankingBuyers may use this payment method for a more comprehensive and secure transfer from other Affiliate Banks such as Maybank, CIMB Bank, AmBank, RHB Bank & Hong Leong Bank. Orders can be paid and get updated within minutes for fast and secure payment service.   • How do I change my mobile number?
    Phone number is an important tool for users to be verified on Shopee especially when dealing with your account's security or payment related issues. We do strongly encourage users to change / update your phone number in your Shopee account to make sure you can receive Verification Code / OTP whenever required by our system's security requirements. The steps to change / update your phone number is as follows: 1) Click on "My Account" Follow onscreen instructions to change your phone number. For security reasons, users may be required to provide additional account information for verification. (If you do not see this page, you can proceed to the next step directly).
  • How can I check my order status?
    Order status is where you can find all your order details including, payment information, shipping information, item purchased and etc. All your orders will be categorized based on its order status into [To Pay, To Ship, To Receive, Completed, Cancelled and Return / Refund] . You can access your My Orders by following the steps below : 1. Go to your "Me" page. 2. Click on "My Orders" : This page will show all of your order statuses. What is inside "My Purchases"
  • When and how will I receive my refund?
    A refund will be automatically initiated when YesGroup88 has completed the inspection of your return request case and approved your return request. You will be notified through the app (Notification > Order Updates) and email. Credit card payments will be refunded to the respective credit card and will take around 7-14 working days of standard operating procedure by the card issuing bank. All payments made through methods other than credit card (e.g. Bank Transfer, Online Banking, YesGroup88 Wallet) will be refunded into your YesGroup88 Wallet.
